Shipping & Returns Policy

1. SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship across India from our studio in Kochi, Kerala.
Processing Time:
All handcrafted products are made and packed with care. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During high-demand periods or custom orders, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time:
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and order size. Free shipping may apply to certain order values, as indicated on the website.
Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
2. DELAYS & DAMAGES
While we work with trusted courier partners, Ironmonger Kochi is not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or logistics disruptions.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review and assist with a replacement or solution on a case-by-case basis.
3. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because each Ironmonger piece is handcrafted, slight variations in texture, shape, or color are part of its natural charm and not considered defects.
Returns are only accepted if:

You received the wrong item, or

The product arrived damaged.
To initiate a return, please email info@ironmongerkochi.com within 3 days of delivery, including your order ID, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
Return Conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the item back to our studio.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.
4. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the product has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original product (ensuring it meets the return criteria) and place a new order.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Items purchased during sale or clearance events
